Cancellation Policy

By booking a session or program through this website, you agree to engage Neel Mistry (“Coach”) for professional coaching, leadership development, business advisory, or organizational consulting services. Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused process designed to support clarity, growth, decision-making, and performance. It is not therapy, medical treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or psychological counseling. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results. The Coach does not guarantee specific outcomes. Implementation of insights, strategies, or recommendations is entirely your responsibility. Coaching may address various areas of your personal or professional life, and you remain accountable for how you apply the work. The relationship between the Coach and Client is strictly professional. No personal, romantic, therapeutic, employment, partnership, or fiduciary relationship is created by this engagement. Both parties agree to maintain appropriate professional boundaries and ethical conduct at all times. All sessions and programs must be paid in full in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are displayed at the time of booking or communicated separately. Payments are non-transferable. Applicable taxes, including GST where required, may apply. The Coach reserves the right to update pricing for future bookings. A booking is confirmed only upon successful payment. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited. Missed sessions (no-shows) are considered completed. Coaching packages are non-refundable once commenced unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. All information shared during coaching sessions will be treated as confidential and handled in accordance with professional coaching standards. Confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is required by law, court order, or where there is reasonable belief of risk of harm or illegal activity. Client testimonials, references, or case examples will not be used without prior consent. Personal information is collected and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (India) and other relevant regulations.
